Sex feels off. Maybe it’s painful, or the desire just isn’t there anymore. Maybe you’re feeling disconnected from your partner, or like intimacy has become a source of tension instead of closeness.

At Reiwa Health, we support individuals and couples facing concerns such as:

  • Pain or fear around sex

  • Erectile dysfunction or performance anxiety

  • Low or mismatched desire

  • Postpartum and menopause-related changes

  • Intimacy breakdowns in long-term relationships

  • Shame, anxiety, or trauma around sex

You don’t need a diagnosis to reach out. Whether this is new or something you’ve carried for a while, we’re here, with care, clarity, and no judgment.

Traditional care often separates the physical from the emotional. You might see a doctor for your body, or a therapist for your mind. But when it comes to intimacy, those parts don’t exist in isolation.

At Reiwa Health, we bring them together.

Our team includes doctors, physiotherapists, and counsellors, all trained in their core specialities and in sexual medicine. That means we understand how something like painful sex can lead to emotional tension, and how relationship strain can show up physically in the body.

You won’t be passed from one provider to the next. Instead, you’ll receive integrated, thoughtful care that sees the full picture and the full you.

Yes, absolutely.

We take your privacy seriously, especially when it comes to intimate concerns. From how our clinic is designed to how we handle your records, confidentiality is built into every step of your care.

Our rooms are soundproofed and enclosed, and all personal information is securely stored in line with Singapore’s medical privacy laws. We are not obligated to share anything about your visit with anyone, not your partner, not your employer, unless you give us permission.

The only exception is if we believe you, or someone close to you, may be at serious risk of harm. In such rare cases, we’re ethically and professionally required to act in your best interest.

Above all, our priority is to make your experience feel safe, private, and fully respected.

Your first session is typically with Dr Angela Tan, who will guide you through a thoughtful, compassionate conversation to understand what’s been going on beneath the surface.

Together, you’ll explore your primary concerns, map out any related issues — whether physical, emotional, or relational — and identify possible areas to work on. Dr Angela will also discuss who on the team might best support your care, whether it’s a doctor, physiotherapist, counsellor, or a combination.

You’ll leave with a personalised care plan tailored to your needs, along with guidance on the recommended number of sessions and what each step might look like.

There’s no pressure to decide everything in one sitting. The first session is about clarity, trust, and setting a path that feels right for you.

You’re welcome to come alone — or with your partner. Either way, you’re in the right place.

Some clients start their journey on their own to explore personal concerns, understand their patterns, or build clarity before involving their partner. Others choose to attend together from the start to work on communication, desire, or intimacy as a team.

There’s no one right way to begin. If we feel that having your partner involved later might support your progress, we’ll let you know — and guide that process with care.

And no, we don’t charge extra for sessions where your partner joins you. What matters most is that you feel supported.

Yes! These are some of the most common concerns we support.

Pain during sex (such as vaginismus, vulvodynia, or tight pelvic floor muscles), erectile dysfunction, performance anxiety, and low or mismatched desire can all be incredibly distressing, not just physically, but emotionally and relationally, too.

At Reiwa Health, we take a whole-person approach. That means we look at medical, emotional, and physical factors together. Our team includes doctors, physiotherapists, and counsellors trained in sexual medicine, so you won’t be told it’s “just in your head”, and you won’t be left to figure it out alone.

Many of our clients tell us they waited months or even years before seeking help, unsure where to turn or if their concerns were valid.
They are, and we’re here when you’re ready.

Yes, and we hear this often.

Many of our clients have tried traditional therapy, counselling, or even medical consultations before coming to us. What makes Reiwa different is our integrated approach: we look at the emotional, physical, and relational aspects of your concern, not just one piece.

That means if previous therapy felt like it didn’t go deep enough, didn’t address your body, or didn’t include your partner, we’re able to bridge those gaps.

Our team includes doctors, physiotherapists, and counsellors who are trained not only in their core specialities, but also in sexual medicine, so your care is both specialised and connected.

If you’re still struggling, it doesn’t mean you’ve failed. It just means you haven’t had the right support yet.

Let’s take a new approach together.

You don’t need to decide that on your own. We’ll guide you.

If you’re unsure where to start, we recommend booking your first session with Dr Angela Tan. She’ll explore your concerns with you, map out what might be contributing to the issue, and suggest the best path forward, whether that includes medical review, physiotherapy, counselling, or a combination.

You’re also welcome to simply give us a call. We’ll listen, and point you in the right direction based on what you’re experiencing.

You’re not expected to have the answers. That’s what we’re here for.

Yes, we offer online consultations for certain concerns, especially those related to emotional well-being, relationship dynamics, or general sexual health advice.

However, issues involving painful sex, pelvic floor dysfunction, erectile concerns, or anything requiring physical assessment or physiotherapy will need to be seen in person. These conditions often involve body-based treatment that simply can’t be done online.

If you’re unsure whether your concern can be addressed virtually, feel free to reach out. We’ll guide you to the most appropriate starting point, whether that’s online or in-clinic.

Yes, fully.

At Reiwa Health, we provide care that is inclusive, respectful, and affirming of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and relationship structures.

Whether you’re navigating intimacy in a same-sex relationship, exploring your sexual identity, or dealing with concerns related to gender transition or non-traditional partnerships, you’ll be met with openness and zero judgment.

Our team is trained in trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming care and we understand how important it is to feel safe, seen, and supported when talking about sex and intimacy.

You are welcome here. Just as you are.

Yes, there is parking nearby.

There is a URA-open air carpark with perpendicular parking just behind our building and roadside spaces just a short walk away. Our location is in the quieter part of Joo Chiat with a private front patio. This helps keep your visit discreet and low-pressure.

It depends on your situation and the complexity involved.

Some clients gain clarity after just one session, understanding what they’re struggling with and how to move forward. Others may need more time to work through deeper emotional or relational patterns, and some may require a series of treatment sessions, such as physiotherapy or trauma-informed counselling.

During your first consultation, we’ll map out a care plan together and give you a realistic idea of what’s needed.

There’s no one-size-fits-all, and no pressure. You’re in control of the pace.

Our session fees vary depending on the practitioner and type of service.
 As a guide:

  • First consultations with Dr Angela start from $180

  • Follow-up medical, physiotherapy, or counselling sessions range between $150–$250

We’ll always discuss the fee structure with you upfront. While we do not accept direct insurance billing, we’re happy to provide invoices should you wish to claim through eligible providers.

Feel free to contact us for a personalised quote based on your care needs.

That’s more common than you think, and completely okay.

You don’t need perfect words to begin. Our team is trained to guide gentle, respectful conversations, even when the topic feels difficult. We’ll meet you where you are and help you explore what’s going on, step by step.

Just showing up is already enough.

Yes.

We work with clients in a wide range of relationship structures,  including open, polyamorous, or non-traditional dynamics. Our care is grounded in respect, consent, and emotional safety. Whether you’re exploring boundaries, navigating communication, or seeking support for intimacy concerns, you’re welcome here.
